My Love of Early Childhood
Just as your little one was nurtured and loved before coming into the world, so too was Please and Thank You Children's Place. This little preschool was shaped and nurtured by the relationships I hold near and dear with my own three children, who have grown so much in their own ways, and from the amazing partnered experiences with families and their children for 20+ years. Supporting children in a multitude of educational settings, and now within our PTYCP community, is love that beams with such brightness.
Our space and place creates a feeling of safety and comfort for every child, continually reflecting the importance of social emotional learning and growing. Children walk through our red door each day knowing they are seen, heard, and loved. As the rhythm and routine develop, children discover joy in peaceful engagements, secure a memory bank of positive self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and create lifelong meaningful connections. The harmony, peace, and wonderment curated here brings us closer together, like family. When the social-emotional needs of children are valued, everything else falls into place as it should.

Preschool Session
West Harrison residents, White Plains, Purchase, and neighboring communities are welcome to enroll their 3 or 4-year-old child in our engaging days of socialization and play-based curriculum. Children have plentiful opportunities to explore:

Summer Session
Enjoy summertime fun with friends! Open to families who need summer only, have completed the current preschool program, and to those who will attend the preschool program the following September. For children ages 3 , 4, and 5 years. Children spend their time exploring:
- Outdoor Adventures
- Water Play & Sprinkler Days
- Sensory Play
- Crafts
- Cooking & Baking
- Music & Storytime
- Gardening
- Ice Pop Picnics (sprinkler days)
- Snack time (program provided)
- Frozen Fridays, making a frozen snack
- Lunchtime with with friends (packed from home)

Keeping children safe, healthy, and happy is a priority in our daily life. PTYCP works diligently with the Office of Children and Family Services to ensure well-rounded care above and beyond mandated regulations. We are committed to providing positive early learning and developmental experiences for all.
